Where are your products made?

Every order is printed in the USA after you place it, and ships within the US.

How long does delivery take?

Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. See our Shipping Policy for current times. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I personalize my gift?

If a product can be personalized, you'll see the fields on its product page. We print exactly what you enter, so please double-check spelling before you order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we can't make changes.

Can I return my order?

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right. See Returns.

Are the mugs dishwasher-safe?

Yes. Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. You can also hand wash with warm water and dish soap.
