All our products are personalized and made to order.
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you β with your name, photo, or personal message β we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This falls under the EU exception for personalized goods (EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16c).
However, we always take care of you if something goes wrong:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@giftmellie.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will either resend your order or issue a full refund β no questions asked.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect personalization details entered by the customer
