All our products are personalized and made to order.

Because every item is custom-made specifically for you β€” with your name, photo, or personal message β€” we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This falls under the EU exception for personalized goods (EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16c).

However, we always take care of you if something goes wrong:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@giftmellie.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will either resend your order or issue a full refund β€” no questions asked.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect personalization details entered by the customer
