1. Our Products All products sold by GiftMellie are personalized and made to order. Each item is custom-created based on the information you provide at checkout — including names, photos, and personal messages. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has started.

2. Order Accuracy You are responsible for ensuring all personalization details are correct when placing your order. GiftMellie is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer, such as incorrect names, spelling mistakes, or wrong photo uploads.

3. Production & Shipping Our products are produced and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partner based in the United States. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location — orders within the United States are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. International shipping times may vary. All orders include free shipping.

4. Refunds & Returns Because all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resend your order or issue a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property By submitting photos or other content for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content and that its use does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability GiftMellie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
